Selling Cookies is More Than Just a Fundraiser!
The Girl Scout Cookie Program Activity, an integral part of Girl Scouting's Business and Economic Literacy initiative, provides finance, marketing, and public speaking skills, along with valuable experiences that build girls' self-confidence and help them develop their own personal leadership style.

Whether your girl runs a business or a household, becomes a doctor or caregiver, or becomes the President of the United States, she will utilize the skills she gains in this time-honored tradition just as girls have for more than 80 years.

Cookies Related to the Mission
The Cookie Program Activity helps girls develop self-confidence and teaches important skills such as goal setting and teamwork. It also funds membership extension efforts that enable us to reach girls that are under-served. These activities are integral to the Girl Scout mission, which is to help girls from all segments of society realize their full potential and become resourceful citizens. Girl Scouts. For every girl, everywhere.
