GoodSearch cause banner

Support the Girl Scout Council of Greater Minneapolis every time you search the web through GoodSearch.com!

Did you know that every time you do a search on the internet, you can raise money for the Council? Go to www.goodsearch.com, enter in Girl Scouts - Greater Minneapolis as your non-profit of choice, and search the web like you normally do. The site is powered by Yahoo!, so you'll get the same quality search results that you're used to.

Each search will generate approximately $0.01 for our organization. Thus with 1,000 supporters searching twice a day we would receive an estimated $7,300 per year. So, the more people who use this site, the more money raised for our Council.

Please spread the word to your friends and family!

Kowalski's Groceries for Good Causes

Kowalski's

Did you ever think that your weekly grocery shopping bill could help raise money for the Girl Scout Council? Kowalski's markets have a program called "Groceries for Good Causes" and the Girl Scout Council of Greater Minneapolis has been given the opportunity to take part. At each of the locations within our jurisdiction that are listed below, there are clear lucite boxes on the wall as you exit the store. Simply place your receipt in the box with our name and a percentage of your bill will come back to the council. The more receipts we have in the box each month, the larger percentage we get. Spread the word to everyone you know to help Girls Grow Strong.

The participating Kowalski's locations are:
Uptown, 2440 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis 55405
Lyndale Avenue Market, 5327 Lyndale Ave., Minneapolis 55419
Parkview Market, 5615 Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis 55417
Eden Prairie, 16500 W. 78 Street, Eden Prairie, MN 55346

Promise Path

Promise Path bricks are a great way to acknowledge those we love and respect all year long and to give a gift that lasts. Bricks can be purchased and inscribed with tributes to your favorite Leader, Girl Scout, Troop/Group or Individual.

With a gift of $75, you can preserve special memories in stone and help future generations discover the timeless charm of Camp Elk River. With your help, we will be able to maintain the camp and its existing programs.

Promise Path Brick

Engraved bricks will be placed in paths around Lake Barbara. Personalized messages of up to two lines at 14 spaces per line will be sandblasted in brick. A certificate of ownership will be sent to the donor or to the honoree. To have a brochure sent to you, please call the Development Department at 763-535-4602 or e-mail development@girlscoutsmpls.org.
